About the Role

Joining our sales department, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging prospects and nurturing relationships with existing clients. To accommodate our growth, we’re establishing an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) business group. By year-end, we aim to assemble a team of dedicated ISRs to handle various sales support functions, from customer inquiries to business development. Our team comprises passionate, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive on innovation and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle sales support tasks such as chat support, addressing existing customer queries, and identifying new business opportunities, primarily from inbound channels. Your performance directly contributes to achieving both personal and team goals.

You’ll provide expert advice to clients, crafting tailored hosting infrastructure solutions, and oversee the preparation, negotiation, and conclusion of contracts. Additionally, you’ll manage and monitor proposals, offers, and contracts in collaboration with various departments, including Account Management, Business Development, Operations, Security, and Administration.


  • Passion for the IT industry with knowledge of hosting services.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; additional languages such as Dutch, German, etc., are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Chat Systems is a plus.
