The Role

As part of our Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring that we consistently meet or exceed their expectations. Additionally, you will identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, pitch products or services to potential customers, and negotiate contracts. Developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and enhance profitability will be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, as well as with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to align on client needs and objectives.
  • Provide post-sales customer support, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and negotiating contract renewals as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of the hosting industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch; proficiency in other relevant languages is a plus.
  • Strong sales acumen, with excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric, solution-oriented, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
